Courses
Classes are offered all year round for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.
The courses include:
- Yoga postures (asanas) and their variations
- Breathing exercises (pranayama)
- Relaxation and meditation techniques
- Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobsen
- Basic rules for a conscious and energetic nutrition/diet
In our busy world we often do not attach sufficient importance to those subjects, although we can achieve amazing results with little effort and improve our quality of life and comfort effectively.
The gentle physical exercises and the breathing and relaxation techniques may be learned and executed by everybody. Yoga is accessible for people of every age and every physical condition and always good for body, mind and soul.
