Practicing yoga and taking a walk through the forest or having a swim in the pool. Enjoying a nutritious breakfast with the yoga group and getting to know them. Reading a book, going to a workshop or receiving a holistic massage before practicing yoga once more in the afternoon. Watching the sunset together and enjoying a delicious dinner in good company.
This retreat is for yogis of all levels, beginners, intermediate or advanced, who would like to improve their knowledge and skills. We will practice Asanas and Pranayama, refine your practice and learn new techniques.
We will practise various yoga flows in the morning as well as pranayama (= breathing exercises) and meditation practices.
You will enjoy different styles of yoga, always appropriate to the level of the participants. The focus lies on connecting with yourself and the peaceful practice amidst the serene Mediterranean landscape of Majorca.
